2. Add 2/3 of the required water to a clean container.

4. Mix thoroughly until all powder is dissolved and no lumps remain.
5. Add the remaining water and mix again.

Storage Instructions:

• Unopened: Store in a dry place at 2-25°C (36-77°F) with less than 75% relative humidity.
• Opened: Store in a cool, dry place (not the refrigerator) for up to 21 days.
• Prepared Formula: Can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 hours or refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Mix thoroughly and warm to 30-36°C (86-97°F) before use. Do not freeze or microwave.

Contraindications:
