Preparation Instructions

1. Boil water and cool to 40-50°C (104-122°F).
2. Add 2/3 of the required water to a clean container.
3. Add the measured scoops of Nutrien Elemental powder (refer to the dosage chart).
4. Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved and lump-free.
5. Add the remaining water to reach the desired volume.
6. Mix again. Ready to consume.

Usage and Storage

• Recommended daily intake: 50-200g (10-40 scoops) as a supplemental feeding.
• Prepare fresh before each use.
• Refrigerate prepared formula in a closed container for up to 24 hours. Mix well and warm to 30-50°C (86-122°F) before consumption.
• For tube feeding, use prepared formula at room temperature within 6 hours of preparation.
• Store unopened packages at 0-25°C (32-77°F) in a dry place (humidity below 75%).
• Opened packages should be stored in a cool, dry place (not refrigerated) for up to 3 weeks.
• Do not freeze or microwave.
