Suggested Use

• Adults: 1 tablespoon (approximately 15g) 15-20 minutes before meals, twice daily. May be mixed with fruit juice if desired.
• Children: Dosage is calculated based on body weight. Divide the adult dose by the ratio of 60kg (adult weight) to the child’s weight. For example, a child weighing 30kg would receive half the adult dose.

Storage
