Contraindications:

• Chronic occlusive arterial diseases of the lower limbs (posterior tibial artery systolic pressure below 80 mmHg).
• Severe diabetic polyneuropathy and angiopathy.
• Decompensated cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
• Extensive edema of the lower limb.
• Non-venous trophic ulcers.
• Acute soft tissue infection.
