Lekraset Madder Root is a 50g package of carefully selected, dried, and ground madder root (Rubia tinctorum) known for its traditional use in supporting urinary and biliary tract health. Madder root extracts and decoctions exhibit diuretic, cholagogue (bile-promoting), spasmolytic, and astringent properties. It's traditionally used to assist in the dissolution and elimination of kidney and bladder stones, particularly calcium phosphates and oxalates.

Pour 2 tablespoons of Madder Root into a cup (200ml) of hot boiled water. Heat gently in a bain-marie (double boiler) for 30 minutes. Allow to cool, strain, and top up with boiled water to 200ml. Drink 1/2 cup three times daily, 1 hour before meals.
