The Lyapko Universal Roller Applicator M is a cylindrical device with rubber bushings, featuring a 3.5 mm needle pitch, 72 mm width, and 51 mm diameter. It contains 496 needles made from iron, copper, nickel, zinc, silver, and medical-grade rubber. This dynamic applicator provides a “million-needle shower” effect, stimulating various body areas including the back, lower back, buttocks, chest, abdomen, and limbs. Its dynamic action delivers therapeutic effects significantly faster than static applicators.

The device generates pulsed galvanic current on the skin, between and on the needle points. While effective for treating many areas, using the roller on the back and other hard-to-reach areas may require assistance.
