Application Instructions:
Put on your compression stockings in the morning immediately after getting out of bed. At this time, your legs are less swollen, and superficial veins are less filled with blood. At other times, elevate your legs for 7-10 minutes before putting on the compression stockings. Remove rings, watches, and bracelets; ensure your hands are free of burrs to prevent snags and tears. Maintain healthy foot care: prevent cracks and calluses, and trim your toenails carefully. Ensure your hands and feet are dry before putting on the stockings. Gently put on the compression stockings; do not pull or stretch them forcefully. Avoid twisting the stockings or pulling them up by the top band. Use lotions, creams, and moisturizers cautiously, as some ingredients may reduce the grip of silicone bands. Apply these products in the evening after removing the stockings. Avoid damaging the stockings with unsuitable footwear. Ensure the inside of your shoes is in good condition to prevent damage to the product.
