Application Instructions
Put on the compression socks in the morning immediately after getting out of bed, when your legs are least swollen. At other times, elevate your legs for 7-10 minutes before applying the socks. Remove rings, watches, and bracelets to prevent snags. Ensure your feet are clean, dry, and free from cracks or calluses. Trim your toenails carefully. Gently apply the socks, avoiding pulling or twisting. Do not pull up by the top band. Use lotions and creams at night after removing the socks, as some ingredients may reduce the grip of silicone bands. Avoid wearing shoes that could damage the socks. Ensure your shoes are in good condition to prevent damage to the compression garment.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place (10°C – 25°C, humidity ≤ 75%), away from heat, dust, and direct sunlight.
