These sterile, disposable insulin syringes are designed for single use and are made from non-toxic polypropylene plastic with a permanently attached needle. Available in 0.3ml, 0.5ml, and 1ml sizes, each syringe comprises a barrel, plunger, plunger cap, needle hub, and needle shield. The needle is protected by a removable polyethylene cap, and the plunger features a polyethylene cap. All syringes are sterile, with sterility ensured by the needle and plunger caps. The syringe barrel is calibrated for both U-100 (100U/ml) and U-40 (40U/ml) insulin concentrations and features color-coding (orange and red). Needle sizes include 0.30 (30G) x 8mm and 0.33 (29G) x 12.7mm.

Instructions for Use:

1. Remove the plunger cap.
2. Remove the needle shield.
3. Using the syringe markings, draw air into the syringe equal to the prescribed insulin dose.
4. Insert the needle at a right angle into the vial stopper and inject the air into the vial.
5. Invert the vial and syringe, holding the vial above the syringe.
6. Draw the insulin into the syringe.
7. Remove any air bubbles.
8. Using the syringe markings, draw the correct insulin dose into the syringe.
9. Follow your doctor's recommended injection technique.
10. Select an injection site (abdomen, thigh, buttocks, or upper arm).
11. Prepare the injection site using an appropriate antiseptic.
12. Pinch a skin fold and inject at a 90-degree angle, or inject at a 45-degree angle to minimize the risk of intramuscular injection, ensuring the insulin is administered subcutaneously.
13. Depress the plunger to inject the insulin.
14. Withdraw the needle.
15. Release the skin fold (if applicable).
16. Dispose of the syringe properly according to local regulations.
