The total length is 148 cm (+/- 3 cm), with a tubing length of 135 cm. The Luer adapter is compatible with injection needles, venous, and peripheral catheters. This system is used for fluid replenishment in dehydration, significant blood loss, detoxification, and as a solvent for infusion solutions. Use only as directed by a physician. The patient should be lying down or sitting during administration. Instructions include piercing the solution container, filling the drip chamber, removing air bubbles, and inserting the needle into a vein. The flow rate is controlled by the roller clamp.
