Contraindications

• Absolute Contraindications: Irreducible hip dislocation
• Relative Contraindications (require consultation with a physician): Need for individual joint orthosis; malignant neoplasms in the area of application; presence of contact dermatitis, trophic ulcers, or pressure sores in the application area; allergic reaction to the materials.

Instructions for Use

1. Place the harness over the infant’s cotton clothing.
2. Secure the harness around the abdomen using the Velcro closures.
3. Adjust the shoulder straps for a comfortable fit.
4. Secure the “boots” on the infant’s legs using the Velcro closures.
5. Adjust the straps on the “boots” to maintain hip flexion and abduction. (Note: For dislocation reduction, abduction should gradually reach 90 degrees over several weeks under medical supervision).
6. Initial application should be performed by a physician.
7. Consult your physician if you have any questions.

Care Instructions

1. Fasten all closures before washing.
2. Hand wash in cold water (30°C) separately from other items, using a delicate detergent.
3. Do not rub or wring out.
4. Rinse thoroughly after washing.
5. Air dry flat, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
6. Do not iron, use solvents, bleach, or dry clean.
7. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
8. Avoid moisture, high temperatures, and direct sunlight.
