Application Instructions:
- Put on the compression socks in the morning immediately after getting out of bed. At this time, your legs are not yet swollen, and the superficial veins are minimally filled with blood.
- At any other time, elevate your legs for 7-10 minutes before putting on the socks.
- Ensure you remove all rings, watches, and bracelets, and that your hands are free of burrs to prevent snags and tears.
- Maintain healthy foot care: prevent cracks and calluses, and trim your toenails carefully.
- Ensure your feet and hands are dry before putting on the socks.
- Gently apply the compression socks; do not pull or stretch them forcefully.
- Avoid twisting the socks or pulling them up by the waistband.
- Use lotions, creams, and moisturizers cautiously, as some ingredients may reduce the grip of the silicone waistband. Apply these products in the evening after removing the socks.
- Avoid damaging the socks with uncomfortable footwear, and ensure the inside of your shoes is in good condition to prevent damage to the product.
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place with temperatures between 10°C and 25°C (50°F and 77°F) and relative humidity not exceeding 75%, away from heat sources, dust, and direct sunlight.
