Indications for Use:

4. Allow the infusion to cool at room temperature for 45 minutes.
5. Filter the infusion and squeeze out the remaining herb.
6. Add boiled water to the infusion to reach a volume of 200ml.
7. Adults and children over 12 years old: Take 1/4-1/3 cup warm, 2-3 times a day, 1 hour after meals.
8. Shake the infusion before use.

Consult your doctor if:

• Your symptoms worsen or persist for more than 5 days.
• You experience fever or blood in your urine.

Use During Pregnancy and Lactation:

The safety of Horsetail grass during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. It is contraindicated during these periods due to the lack of adequate data.
