Ingredients:

• St. John's Wort (herb)

• Motherwort (herb)
• Chamomile (flower)
• Hawthorn (berries)

Directions:

Before brewing, finely grind the contents of the packet using a mortar and pestle, coffee grinder, or similar device. Pour 200ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the finely ground herbal mixture. Steep in a thermos for 30 minutes. Strain, press out remaining liquid, and top up with boiled water to reach 200ml. Consume 100ml twice daily, 30 minutes before meals, for a 24-day course, followed by a 6-day break. Urinary tract infection testing is recommended. It is advisable to prepare only the daily amount needed. If preparing a larger quantity, refrigerate.
