Hartmann Hydrosorb Gel 15g Syringe - Advanced Wound Care

Hartmann Hydrosorb Gel is an advanced wound care hydrogel designed to accelerate the healing process of various wound types. This sterile, 15g syringe provides a convenient and precise method of application. Its amorphous hydrogel formula creates a moist wound environment, crucial for promoting healthy granulation tissue and reducing healing time.

Key Benefits

  • Moist Wound Healing: Hydrosorb Gel maintains optimal moisture levels, essential for efficient wound healing.
  • Debridement Support: The gel softens and hydrates necrotic tissue, facilitating the removal of non-viable tissue.
  • Exudate Absorption: Hydrosorb Gel partially absorbs wound exudate, helping to keep the wound bed clean.
  • Easy Application & Removal: The syringe applicator allows for precise dosage and application directly to the wound. Removal is simple with saline irrigation.
  • Versatile Use: Suitable for a wide range of wounds, including:
    • Low-exudating wounds in all healing phases
    • Diabetic ulcers
    • Pressure ulcers
    • Dry wounds with poor healing tendencies
    • Deep wounds
    • Infected wounds (under medical supervision)
  • Sterile & Individually Packaged: Ensuring hygiene and preventing contamination.
