Grandma Agafia's Thick Balm is a strengthening hair conditioner supplied as 2 × 350 ml. The formula includes meltwater, an infusion of 17 Siberian herbs, white honey, burdock seed oil, pine tar, and panthenol.

The balm is described for fine, brittle and damaged hair. To use, apply to damp, washed hair, distribute evenly along the length, leave for 1–2 minutes, then rinse with water. Made in Russia; stated shelf life is 36 months.
