Description:

The Fosta FS3903 upper extremity immobilizer with abduction pillow is a versatile, three-part design crafted from premium combined materials. It features comfortable arm cuffs for the forearm and shoulder, a supportive foam pillow, and secure fastening straps to firmly anchor the pillow to the torso. This innovative design provides reliable immobilization of the upper extremity in an abducted position, effectively restricting movement of the shoulder joint, acromioclavicular joint, and scapula. The pillow gently offloads the shoulder joint capsule and supraspinatus muscles, promoting healing and pain reduction. Two adjustable Velcro straps secure the arm to the pillow, ensuring a customized and comfortable fit. The abduction angle is 45 degrees.

Indications for Use:

• Post-operative rehabilitation following shoulder joint immobilization (e.g., after cast removal).

• Functional treatment of surgical neck of humerus fractures.
• Shoulder contusions and partial ligament injuries of the shoulder and acromioclavicular joint.
• Recurrent shoulder dislocations, including relapse prevention.
• Nighttime support for individuals experiencing nocturnal dislocations.
• Myositis.
• Upper extremity muscle injuries.
• Arthritis (including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and arthrosis) of the shoulder joint.
• Periarthritis of the shoulder.

Application:
