Description:

Evitaliya is a dietary supplement containing a blend of beneficial probiotic microorganisms. Each box contains 10 vials of freeze-dried powder (0.3g each), providing a convenient and effective way to support gut health and create your own delicious kefir. Simply dissolve the contents of one vial in half a cup of milk or freshly boiled water (room temperature) three times daily for adults, and once daily for children over 3 years old. Use for 15-30 days. Consult your doctor before use. Suitable for individuals looking to improve their digestive health, support their immune system, and maintain a balanced gut microbiome.

Directions:

As a dietary supplement:

• Adults: 1 vial 3 times daily.
• Children (over 3 years): 1 vial daily.
• Dissolve the contents in ½ cup of milk or cooled boiled water.
• Take for 15-30 days.

Kefir Starter Culture:

1. Boil 2 liters of milk (any fat content), then cool to 40-43°C (104-109°F). (Use a thermometer for accuracy.) Remove any foam.
2. Dissolve the contents of one vial in a small amount of warm milk, then add to the 2 liters of milk. Stir thoroughly.
3. Seal the container tightly. To maintain heat, wrap the container in 3-4 layers of paper, then a thick cloth. Place in a warm place for 12-14 hours to ferment.
4. Cool the kefir. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. The kefir is now ready to consume. (If the temperature is not maintained at 40-43°C, fermentation time will increase.)
5. Maintaining a Starter Culture: Divide the finished 2 liters of kefir into two portions: 1.4 liters for consumption and 0.6 liters (approximately 150g or slightly less than 1 cup) to use as a starter for the next batch. Store the starter culture in the refrigerator. It will last for 14 days.
6. To make a new batch, repeat steps 1-4, using 150g of the refrigerated starter culture instead of a new vial.

Note:

You can also use a yogurt maker, slow cooker, or thermos to make kefir with Evitaliya. Consume 100-150ml three times daily for adults and 50-100ml three times daily for children over 3 years old, 20 minutes before meals.
