Title: Endonorm (90 Capsules): Thyroid Support Supplement
Description:
Endonorm is a dietary supplement designed to support healthy thyroid function. This thyrotropic and gonadotropic formula helps restore the functional activity and morphological structure of the thyroid gland in various pathologies, including hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, nodular goiter, and autoimmune thyroiditis. It also offers supportive benefits when used in conjunction with treatments for hyperplastic diseases of the female reproductive system.
Endonorm® contains active ingredients derived from plants: white cinquefoil root and rhizome extract, common cudweed herb extract, licorice root extract, and kelp powder. White cinquefoil extract, standardized for albinin, is the primary component, while other ingredients synergistically enhance and modulate its thyrotropic effect.
Endonorm supports healthy thyroid function in conditions such as:
- Hypothyroidism
- Hyperthyroidism (thyrotoxicosis)
- Autoimmune thyroiditis
- Euthyroid goiter (diffuse, nodular, multinodular)
- Endemic goiter
Additionally, Endonorm may provide support for:
- Menopausal symptoms
- Complex treatment of hyperplastic diseases of the female reproductive system (uterine fibroids, mastopathy, endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia)
- Complex treatment of metabolic syndrome
Dosage:
Adults take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily, 15 minutes before meals. The recommended course of treatment is 1-2 months. If necessary, repeat the course after a 10-day break.
Mechanism of Action:
Endonorm’s effectiveness stems from the combined action of its biologically active substances: albinin®, triterpene glycosides and phenolic compounds from white cinquefoil; iridoids and phenylpropanoids from common cudweed; and glycyrrhizic acids from licorice. It supports healthy thyroid function and improves metabolic processes in tissues. Specific actions include:
- Hypothyroidism prevention: Enhances thyroid function by activating proliferative processes in interfollicular islets and increasing the rate of synthetic processes.
- Hyperthyroidism and thyrotoxicosis prevention: Reduces thyroid function by inhibiting the secretion of thyroid hormones by thyrocytes and suppressing peripheral T4/T3 conversion.
- Autoimmune thyroiditis and goiter prevention: Reduces thyroid workload and modifies humoral regulatory responses.
- Menopausal symptom support: Normalizes gonadotropic hormone levels (indirect effect on the hypothalamic-pituitary system) and enhances adrenal cortex function.
- Support for hyperplastic diseases of the female reproductive system: Provides anti-inflammatory properties and gonadotropic activity.
For optimal results:
Combine Endonorm® with a diet that limits or excludes goitrogens (substances that interfere with thyroid function). Goitrogens can be found in certain foods, medications, and environmental sources. These include:
- Foods high in thiocyanates: Cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, turnip, rutabaga, rapeseed, millet, soy.
- Medications: Insulin, estrogenic contraceptives, parathyroid hormone, phenytoin, carbamazepine, fluoxetine, phenobarbital, etc.
- Heavy metals and halogens: Fluorine, chlorine, bromine, etc.
- Pesticides and herbicides.
Regular consumption of foods rich in selenium (Se), zinc (Zn), and vitamin C, or supplementation with a multivitamin, is also recommended. Good sources include:
- Selenium: Seafood (herring, hake, cod, etc.), crabs, shrimp, coconut, pistachios, garlic, brewer’s yeast.
- Zinc: Red meat, liver, heart, chicken eggs, pumpkin seeds, oatmeal, legumes (beans, peas, lentils, peanuts, etc.).
- Vitamin C: Freshly squeezed juices, rose hips, sweet bell peppers, blackcurrants, sea buckthorn.
