Eldez-OFA is a broad-spectrum disinfectant solution effective against a wide range of microorganisms. This clear, colorless to light yellow liquid, with a mild, characteristic odor (or the scent of added fragrance), may exhibit slight opalescence and minimal sediment. It contains 1% orthophthalaldehyde (OPA) as its active ingredient, along with anti-corrosion additives, stabilizers, and other functional components. The pH is 7.0 ± 1.0.

Eldez-OFA demonstrates high antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms, including:

• Bacteria: Mycobacterium terrae (tuberculosis), Escherichia coli group, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and other nosocomial pathogens.
