Description: Duracryl Heat Cure is a high-quality, cadmium-free acrylic resin system for dental applications, offering superior performance and ease of use. Its precise 23.4g powder to 10ml liquid mixing ratio ensures consistent results. A short 6-8 minute mixing time at 23°C (73.4°F) provides ample working time of approximately 20 minutes. Following wax elimination and application of Durasep insulating liquid to warm gypsum, the mixed resin reaches its optimal processing stage. The material is then packed into the flask and cured in water at 100°C ± 0.5°C (212°F ± 0.9°F) for 25 minutes. Store at room temperature (max. 23°C/73.4°F) away from direct sunlight.
