Blood is drawn into the capillary action at the tip of the strip and reacts with the reagents (FAD-glucose-dehydrogenase and potassium ferricyanide) on the electrode, generating an electric current proportional to the glucose level. Easy Testing Procedure:

1. Insert the grey side of the test strip into the orange port of the Contour TS meter. The meter will turn on.
