Coletex-SMCH is an innovative therapeutic wound dressing containing urea, dimexide, and sodium alginate, offering a rapid and effective solution for edema reduction at home. Its unique formulation combines ingredients that accelerate both edema resorption and tissue regeneration. Unlike traditional anti-edema ointments or gels, this uniquely designed dressing provides prolonged action – remaining active for up to three days with regular moistening. Coletex-SMCH is exceptionally effective, yet safe and easy to use.

Indications for Use

Coletex-SMCH wound dressing with urea is indicated for:

• Early post-surgical wound care: Ideal for covering early-stage post-operative wounds, cuts, and fissures.
• Treatment of infected wounds: Effective in treating purulent-inflammatory diseases, including complex and deep cavities (opened abscesses, furuncles, phlegmons, periodontitis, stomatitis), and burns.
• Soft tissue trauma: Suitable for local treatment of bruises, subcutaneous hematomas, and post-traumatic infiltrates.

Contraindications

Use of Coletex-SMCH wound dressing with urea is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to urea or any components of the textile-biopolymer base.

Side Effects

Local allergic reactions such as itching, rash, and contact dermatitis are possible. Discontinue use immediately if any skin reactions occur.

How to Use

Moisten the dressing with water or saline solution and apply to the affected area. Secure with a bandage or plaster. Maintain a moist environment by regularly re-moistening the dressing. The dressing can be left in place for up to 3 days.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature between 5-40°C (41-104°F). Shelf life is 3 years. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
