Coletex-ADL wound dressing is a highly effective solution for the treatment of a wide range of wounds, including burns (including those resulting from radiation therapy), pressure sores (decubitus ulcers), and chronic wounds such as trophic ulcers. Successfully utilized in leading Russian oncology clinics, Coletex-ADL offers a comprehensive approach to wound care.

Its unique formulation combines the power of three key components:

• Dioxidine: A potent antibacterial agent that effectively combats infection and promotes a clean wound environment.
• Lidocaine: A local anesthetic that provides effective pain relief, enhancing patient comfort during treatment.
• Alginate: A natural, biocompatible polymer that offers protective, anti-toxic, and immunomodulatory benefits, supporting faster healing and reducing inflammation.

Indications for Use

• Early-stage post-surgical wounds, cuts, and fissures.
• Infected wounds, burns, and inflammatory conditions, including deep and complex cavities (e.g., abscesses, furuncles, cellulitis, periodontitis, stomatitis).
• Pressure sores and chronic wounds.

Contraindications

Coletex-ADL should not be used by individuals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to Dioxidine or Lidocaine.

Precautions

Local allergic reactions are possible. Discontinue use immediately if any skin irritation or allergic reaction occurs.

Application

Coletex-ADL is a prolonged-release dressing that can remain in place for up to 48-72 hours. Changes are typically needed every 1-3 days, or as needed, if the dressing becomes fully saturated with wound exudate. Maintain a consistently moist environment by applying a moistened swab to the dressing's outer surface without removing the dressing from the wound.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature between +5°C and +40°C. Discard after the expiration date printed on the packaging (3-year shelf life).
