Optimized English Description:
High-Quality Chlorhexidine 0.5% Antiseptic Solution
Discover the effectiveness of our Chlorhexidine Bigluconate 0.5% water-alcohol solution. This versatile disinfectant is expertly formulated for the safe and efficient treatment of skin, medical devices, and various surfaces. Ensure optimal hygiene and protection with a trusted antiseptic agent.
Key Applications:
- Hygienic Hand Rub: Apply 3 ml to hands and rub into skin until dry, approximately 30 seconds.
- Surgical Hand Antisepsis: Prior to application, thoroughly wash hands and forearms with soap and water for at least 2 minutes. Dry with a sterile gauze wipe. Apply 2.5 ml of the solution twice to hands and forearms, ensuring continuous skin moisture. Total treatment time: 5 minutes. Wear sterile gloves only after the solution has completely dried.
- Skin Preparation: Ideal for surgical sites, donor antecubital fossae, and skin before catheter insertion and joint punctures. Wipe the skin twice with separate, generously moistened sterile gauze swabs. Allow a 2-minute contact time after application. Pre-operatively, patients should shower/bathe and change linens.
- Injection Site Preparation: Perfect for preparing skin at injection sites, including vaccinations. Wipe the skin with a sterile cotton swab generously moistened with the solution. Allow a 30-second contact time. Alternatively, irrigate the injection site until fully moistened, followed by a 30-second post-irrigation hold.
- Glove Disinfection: Thoroughly wipe the outer surface of worn gloves with a sterile cotton or gauze swab generously moistened with at least 3 ml of the solution. Treatment time: at least 1 minute. Allow the glove surface to dry completely.
- Small Alcohol-Resistant Instruments: Essential for dental practices, beauty salons, hairdressers, manicure/pedicure studios, and more. Immediately after use, fully immerse instruments in the solution. Promptly remove visible soiling from surfaces using fabric wipes. Dispose of used wipes after disinfection. Ensure channels and lumens are filled with solution, avoiding air bubbles. Repeatedly flush channels with the solution and air using a syringe or similar device until all organic matter is removed. Disassemble hinged instruments before immersion. Open instruments with locking mechanisms to ensure solution penetrates all areas. Maintain a liquid layer of at least 1 cm above the instruments. After a 5-minute disinfection period, remove instruments and rinse with potable running water for at least 1 minute, paying close attention to channel flushing. Prevent rinse water from contaminating the cleaning solution.
