ELVIRA hair conditioner balm comes in a 500 ml package and has a fruity-floral fragrance. Its ingredients include PEG-2 glyceryl cocoate, ceteareth-25, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, hydroxyethyl urea, sea buckthorn extract, lactic acid, lanolin, D-panthenol, allantoin and cocamidopropyl betaine. Shelf life is 24 months.
