Caucasus Herbs Collection #58 is a potent herbal remedy designed to alleviate the discomfort and symptoms associated with sinusitis. This carefully curated blend of 200g of premium Caucasus herbs offers a natural and effective approach to sinusitis relief.
Steep 2 tablespoons of the herbal blend in 1 liter of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 1 hour. Strain.
Drink 0.5 liters of the warm infusion, consuming 0.5 cups four times a day, 30 minutes before meals (including one dose at night).
Use the remaining warm infusion to rinse your nasal passages and gargle 5-6 times a day. Various methods can be used, including syringes, nasal irrigation devices (like Dolphin), or gentle inhalation through each nostril (avoid inhalation during severe flare-ups). For children, consider using a pipette or nasal spray. When rinsing, tilt your head over a sink at a 90-degree angle, hold your breath, and gently pour the infusion into one nostril, allowing it to drain from the other. Avoid forceful rinsing.
Important Note: For nasal rinsing, ensure the infusion is warm to maximize absorption. For children, consult a physician before use.
A 20-day course is recommended for initial stages. For severe cases, a longer course (at least one month) may be necessary. Monitor your progress and adjust the treatment duration as needed.
Collection #58 complements other herbal blends (Nos. 42, 62, and 63) for inhalation therapies. Vitamin Collection #51 and Tea #51a can be used as daily beverages to enhance the treatment's effectiveness.
For optimal results, consider using this collection during the early spring and autumn months when sinusitis is more prone to flare-ups.
Individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, and lactation.
Anecdotal evidence suggests that this herbal blend may also help to improve symptoms associated with adenoids and nasal polyps. It is often used for children adapting to childcare settings.
