Ecoten Black Compression Stockings, Compression Class 1
Product Description:
These sheer, semi-transparent women’s compression stockings with a closed toe (ID-100T) offer a silky, breathable, and skin-friendly feel. Maintaining optimal skin temperature and moisture balance, they feature a soft toe seam and extra-durable elastic threads in the foot area for enhanced wear resistance. High moisture-wicking and breathability are ensured by the high capillarity of the fibers. Flat seams prevent visible lines under clothing, and compression gradually decreases from bottom to top. The foot is universally sized for shoe sizes 36-43. Available in Caramel, Black, and Mocha.

How to Choose Your Size:
Use the size chart, accurately measuring all necessary parameters. Size selection should be based on individual anatomical measurements. The top edge of the medical compression hosiery should be 5-10 cm above the affected vein. AD = Length from heel to point D; AG = Length from heel to point G; T = Waist circumference; H = Maximum thigh circumference; G = Thigh circumference 5 cm below the gluteal fold; D = Calf circumference 2 fingers below the knee crease; C = Maximum calf circumference; B = Minimum calf circumference above the ankles. The manufacturer does not guarantee full functionality if the incorrect size is selected.
Application Instructions:
How to Put on Medical Compression Hosiery (Manual Application):
- Ideally, apply in the morning. Ensure nails are trimmed and rings are removed.
- Sit on a bed, sofa, etc. Keep your leg bent at the knee.
- The stocking should be right-side out.
- Insert your hand to the heel, grasp the heel with your fingers from the inside, and turn it inside out only up to the heel, smoothing it out.
- Insert two thumbs inside the turned-out stocking, stretching it as wide as possible.
- Pull up by the heel, aligning it with your heel, and secure it by stepping on the heel.
- Make a small fold on the stocking at mid-foot level, deeply grasp it with your fingers on both sides, move it towards the instep, stretching it as wide as possible, resting against the heel (as convenient: either with both thumbs or the lower part of the palms), wrap the heel with the stretched stocking, and extend it to the ankle level, smoothing the edge.
- Next, in portions (approximately 5 cm), grasp the stocking, stretch, and smooth the edge from wrinkles. Once the foot is visible, ensure the heel is correctly positioned. If the heel is shifted, grasp it with your fingers, pull it, and fix it correctly.
- For all types of garments – if the garment is not sufficiently stretched along the leg, do not pull it up with the top part, but lower it down and stretch it again in portions, but more forcefully. Gloves are recommended for application.
- For socks – do not wear them above the kneecap.
- For stockings with a silicone band – do not apply cream or ointment to the part of the leg where the silicone band adheres.
- For tights and men’s hosiery – if the compression part of the garment is not sufficiently stretched, do not attempt to pull it up by the “legs,” as the seams may burst and loops may appear.
WARNING!!! Do not cut off loose threads or labels to avoid unraveling the knots created during manufacturing.
Wear hosiery as recommended by your doctor. If no recommendations were given, we recommend wearing them in the morning and removing them in the evening.
Care Instructions:
Daily gentle washing with mild detergents at a temperature ≤ 30℃. Dry away from heating appliances and direct sunlight.
