These Center Kompress black compression golf socks (Class 1 compression, 2-pack) provide gentle support and are ideal for:

Contraindications:
- Open wounds in the affected area.
- Local skin conditions (e.g., dermatitis).
- Allergies to the sock materials.
How to Wear:
Manual Application:
- Ensure nails are trimmed, remove jewelry, and consider wearing rubber gloves.
- Apply while sitting with legs bent at the knees. If lying down, keep legs slightly bent.
- Turn the sock inside out to the heel.
- Insert thumbs into the sock, stretching it widely.
- Align the heel with your heel and step into the sock.
- Gently pull the sock up, smoothing out wrinkles as you go. Work in 5cm increments.
- Ensure proper heel placement and correct any misalignments.
Using a Donning Aid (Butler):
- Place the donning aid on the floor, curved part facing you.
- Turn the sock inside out and place it over the aid, heel towards you.
- Insert your foot, ensuring the heel aligns with your heel.
- Using the aid’s handles, pull the sock up to your knee. Remove the aid and finish pulling the sock up manually, smoothing out wrinkles.
Important Notes:
- If the sock isn’t stretched enough, remove and reapply, using more force and possibly gloves.
- Do not cut threads or labels to avoid unraveling.
Care Instructions:
- These compression socks are resistant to creams and ointments, however, residue build-up can cause wear and tear.
- Hand wash daily in a gentle cycle at or below 40°C (104°F) using pH-neutral detergent.
- Do not use bleach, chlorine, or fabric softeners.
- Reshape the socks after washing before drying.
- Air dry in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not iron.
- To maintain the silicone grip, wipe with a 30-40% alcohol solution.
- Store in a dry, clean, ventilated area between +3°C (37°F) and +30°C (86°F) with 60-65% relative humidity, away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture.
