Key Ingredients:

1. Tray Formation: Heat the provided trays in approximately 80°C (176°F) water for 10-15 seconds, holding by the tab. 2. Preparation: Brush and thoroughly dry your teeth with a cotton swab or similar.
3. Application: Remove the cap from the dual syringe and attach the mixer. Apply a generous layer of the mixed gel to both trays. Wear the trays for 30-40 minutes.
4. Rinse: After 30-40 minutes, remove the trays and rinse your mouth thoroughly. Rinse the trays with warm (not hot) water.
