Care Instructions
- Delicate wash with mild detergent at a temperature not exceeding 30°C (86°F).

Application Instructions
- Put on the stockings in the morning immediately after getting out of bed, while your legs are still un-swollen and veins are less filled with blood.
- At other times, elevate your legs for 7-10 minutes before applying.
- Remove all rings, watches, and bracelets, and ensure your hands are free of burrs to prevent snags or tears.
- Maintain good foot care; prevent cracks, calluses, and trim nails carefully.
- Ensure your legs and hands are dry before putting on the stockings.
- Gently apply the stockings, avoiding pulling or twisting. Do not pull up the stockings by the top band.
- Use lotions and creams cautiously, as some ingredients may reduce the grip of the silicone band. Apply creams and lotions in the evening after removing the stockings.
