Instructions for Use:
How to Put On:
By Hand:
- It’s best to put on the stockings in the morning. Ensure your nails are neatly trimmed and rings are removed.
- Sit on a bed, sofa, etc. Your leg should be bent at the knee.
- The stocking should be right-side out.
- Insert your hand to the heel area, grip the heel from the inside with your fingers, and turn it inside out only up to the heel, smoothing it out.
- Insert two thumbs inside the inverted stocking and stretch it as wide as possible.
- Pull up the heel part of the stocking, aligning it with your heel, and secure it in place by stepping onto your heel.
- At mid-foot level, create a small fold on the stocking. Grasp it deeply with your fingers on both sides and move it toward the instep, stretching it as wide as possible by pushing against the heel (however is comfortable: either with both thumbs or the lower part of your palms). Wrap the stretched stocking around the heel and pull it up to the ankle, smoothing out the edge.
- Next, in sections (approximately 5 cm), grasp the stocking, stretch, and smooth out the edge from any wrinkles. When the foot is visible, ensure the heel part of the stocking is in the correct position. If it has shifted, grab it with your fingers, pull it back, and secure it correctly.
Using a Butler (compression stocking aid):
- Place the butler on the floor in front of you, so the arch is closer to you.
- Hold the stocking in both hands with the heel facing you.
- Pull the stocking onto the butler up to the heel.
- Insert your foot into the stocking so your foot is flat on the floor.
- Pull the butler up to your knee using the handles.
- Remove the butler.
- Distribute the stocking evenly along your leg.
- Smooth the stocking with your hands along its entire length to remove any wrinkles.
How to Remove:
- Take the top of the stocking and, turning it inside out, pull it down to the knee, then to the ankle and to the toe.
- Do not pull on the elastic band; grasp the knitted part of the stocking.
Important Notes:
- If the stocking is not sufficiently stretched along the leg, do not pull it up from the top; instead, pull it down and stretch it again in sections, but more forcefully.
- It’s advisable to wear gloves when putting on the stockings.
- For knee-highs, do not pull them above the kneecap.
- For stockings with a silicone band, do not apply cream or ointment to the area where the silicone band adheres.
- For tights and men’s compression garments, if the compression part of the garment is not sufficiently stretched, do not attempt to pull it up, as this may cause seams to burst and create runs.
- WARNING! Do not cut off loose threads or labels to prevent unraveling the knots created during the manufacturing process.
- Wear the stockings as recommended by your doctor. If no recommendations were given, we recommend putting them on in the morning and removing them in the evening.
Care Instructions:
Daily delicate washing with mild detergents at a temperature of ≤ 30℃ (86°F). Dry away from heating appliances and direct sunlight.
