Contraindications:
Absolute Contraindications:
Chronic arterial diseases of the legs associated with narrowing of blood vessels (aortoarteritis, atherosclerosis, obliterating thrombangiitis, endoarteritis) with systolic blood pressure less than 80 mm Hg.
Relative Contraindications:
A physician should determine the suitability of compression stockings in the following cases:
- Eczema, pressure sores, open wounds, stasis dermatitis, acute thrombophlebitis
- Inflammatory and trophic skin diseases with significant microbial contamination
- Sensitive skin
- Cardiopulmonary insufficiency with signs of circulatory disorders at rest
- Diabetes with vascular complications in the legs
- Septic phlebitis
How to Apply:
- Insert your hand inside the stocking and grasp the heel.
- Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel.
- Put on the toe and heel sections, ensuring the heel is correctly positioned.
- Gradually pull the stocking up your leg.
- Smooth out any wrinkles to ensure even, graduated compression.
- Do not pull the stocking forcefully from the top edge.
