- Severe diabetic polyneuropathy and angiopathy.
- Decompensated cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
- Non-venous etiology trophic ulcers.

Relative Contraindications

- Diabetes mellitus (risk of fragile vascular wall damage, hemorrhages, and thrombus formation).
- Acute inflammatory processes affecting vascular walls, phlebitis, and thrombophlebitis (inflammation narrows the vessel walls, disrupting blood supply; increased pressure can lead to oxygen deficiency, thrombus formation, ulcers, and necrosis).
- Skin diseases, open wounds, purulent tissue infections, and allergic sensitivity to the materials used (fiber, LYCRA®, cotton, silicone).
Proper Use and Care
- Put on your compression stockings in the morning.
- Wear them throughout the day without removing them.
- Wash your compression stockings gently by hand in lukewarm water with baby soap or a pH-neutral detergent every evening.
- Air dry them at room temperature; do not wring, machine dry, or dry on a radiator or damp towel.
Sizing
Measurements should be taken in the morning before edema develops. Refer to the size chart and carefully measure all indicated points (precise locations are shown in the images). The most crucial measurements are points b (ankle circumference), d (circumference below the knee), and g (thigh circumference 5 cm below the groin). The distance between points A and G is also essential (for stockings).
