Designed for use with Accu-Chek Instant glucose meters, these strips measure glucose in fresh capillary whole blood from the fingertip, palm, forearm, or upper arm. They are intended for in-vitro diagnostic use as a supplemental tool in monitoring glycemic control.

Important Usage Instructions:

• Use the test strip immediately after removing it from the container.
• Do not apply blood or control solution unless the strip is already inserted into the meter.
• Close the container tightly after each use to protect the strips from moisture.
• Store unused strips in the tightly sealed original container.
• Check the expiration date printed on the container and do not use expired strips.
• Store the container and meter in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture (avoid bathrooms and kitchens). Refer to the package insert for complete storage and usage instructions.

Warnings:

• Do not store test strips in hot or humid environments (e.g., bathrooms or kitchens). High temperatures and humidity can damage the test strips.
• This system is not intended for diagnosing diabetes or analyzing neonatal umbilical cord blood samples. Venous, arterial, and neonatal blood testing should only be performed by a healthcare professional. The default target range is 3.9-8.9 mmol/L.
