How to Use Your Nasal Irrigator

1. Prepare the Solution: Empty one packet of nasal rinse salt into the bottle and fill with warm water up to the designated mark.
2. Check Water Temperature: Ensure the water is approximately 37°C (lukewarm to the touch). Stir the nasal rinse salt thoroughly until completely dissolved, then securely fasten the cap.
3. Select the Right Tip: Crucially, choose the appropriate nasal rinse tip – use the child-specific tip for children, as adult tips are not suitable for them.
4. Adopt the Correct Posture: Lean forward at your upper body and look down, tilting your head slightly to one side. Hold the bottle upside down and gently insert the tip into one nostril. Relax, open your mouth slightly, and breathe through your mouth. Crucially, do not hold your breath or breathe through your nose during the rinse.
   • Press the valve button located at the bottom of the bottle (see diagram). The solution will flow automatically. Do not squeeze the bottle.
   • The rinse solution will enter one nostril, cleanse the nasal passages and sinuses, and exit through the other nostril.
   • Once the rinse is complete for one nostril, release the button to stop the flow. Repeat for the other nostril.

Important Precautions

• Always use nasal rinse salt. Do not substitute with plain water or regular salt.
• To ensure comfort and effectiveness, meticulously follow the instructions for mixing the saline solution to achieve the correct concentration.
• Do not use if one nostril is blocked, or if you have middle ear infections or other ear conditions.
• Children aged 8 and under should use this product under the supervision of a doctor or parent.
• Thoroughly wash the device before and after each use.
• Store the nasal irrigator in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and corrosive liquids or gases.
