This 150 cm (1.5 mm diameter) infusion extension line, sold in a pack of 5, is engineered to extend existing infusion sets for prolonged intravenous administration of medications, including photosensitive drugs, and for procedures requiring pressure infusions.

Constructed from non-toxic, transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), this high-quality extension line ensures patient safety and clear visualization of fluid flow. The generous 150 cm length provides ample reach, and it features secure Luer-Lock “male/female” connectors for seamless integration with infusion pump syringes and central/peripheral IV catheters.

Engineered for demanding clinical environments, this line supports infusion pressures up to 4.5 bar. For specialized high-pressure applications, the TOMPED HP infusion extension line offers enhanced capability, supporting pressures up to 39.2 bar.

The TOMPED HP variant also provides crucial protection against UV radiation within the 290-450 nm wavelength range, safeguarding light-sensitive medications from degradation.

All Luer-Lock connectors on our infusion extension lines are designed for universal compatibility, adhering to ISO 594 Parts 1 and 2 standards for 6% taper connections, ensuring seamless integration with other medical devices. These extension lines are sterilized using ethylene oxide (EtO) for guaranteed sterility.
