Description:

The classic Bort Medical StabiloGen Sport knee brace provides superior support for injured tissues (joint, ligaments, cartilage). Its compression helps maintain ligament function, relieving stress on the joint and preventing improper movements. The brace features an anatomically shaped knee ring with lower pads providing a massaging effect, reducing swelling and promoting optimal patellar tracking thanks to a silicone pelotte. The breathable SOFTFlex 3D knitted fabric, using ultra-fine, four-channel COOLMAX® polyester fibers, ensures quick-drying comfort, even during intense activity. This fabric offers exceptional elasticity, stability, and comfort. Integrated spiral steel supports on each side provide additional stabilization. The brace boasts a velvety soft, skin-friendly surface. An extended sizing system (“full thigh”) ensures a perfect fit. Compression Class II. A silicone band around the thigh enhances grip and secure fit. Latex-free.

Instructions for Use:

Put the brace on over a sock, pulling it up to the knee. Ensure the silicone pelotte is positioned correctly over the kneecap (patella).

Indications:

Painful knee conditions – chronic, post-traumatic, or post-surgical; recurrent joint swelling (e.g., gonarthrosis); arthritis; ligament instability; meniscus pathology.

Contraindications:

Peripheral artery occlusive disease; lymphatic drainage disorders; unexplained soft tissue swelling outside the brace area; loss of sensation or numbness in the brace area; skin diseases in the application area. The brace is latex-free!

Important:

This product is for single-patient use. If nighttime use is indicated, ensure adequate circulation. If numbness occurs, loosen or remove the brace. Consult a doctor for recurring complaints. Do not use creams or ointments with the brace, as this may damage the material.

Care Instructions:

Hand wash with a mild detergent in lukewarm water. Do not use fabric softener. Air dry flat. Avoid heat.
