Application (Professional Use Only)

1. Dispense the required amount of Podiabland silicone onto a clean surface.
2. Add the appropriate amount of Herbitas liquid or gel catalyst (approximately 1 drop per cm² – adjust based on the orthotic size and silicone type).
3. Thoroughly and quickly knead the silicone and catalyst until evenly mixed.
4. Form the mixture into a ball and monitor the vulcanization process.
5. Apply the mixture to the foot and carefully mold to the desired shape. Allow the orthotic to set on the foot for a few minutes (setting time depends on the orthotic size and silicone type).
6. Once set, gently remove the orthotic. Trim, sand, and polish as needed to achieve the final finish.
