Infusion 1:

For external use, use warm infusions for rinsing the mouth and throat (1/2 cup, 3-5 times daily) or as compresses and lotions on affected skin areas. Applying to the scalp may improve hair condition.
Infusion 2:
Combine 10g of chamomile flowers with 200ml of water. Simmer in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, then steep for 1 hour. Strain and add boiled water to restore the initial volume. Consume 1/2 to 1/3 cup 2-3 times daily.
Infusion 3:
Steep 1 tablespoon of crushed chamomile in 1 cup of boiling water, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and consume 1/3 cup 3 times daily with meals (for adults).
Chamomile Oil:
Infuse 250g of chamomile flowers in 1 liter of vegetable oil for 2 weeks in a dark, warm place. Strain and gently warm to body temperature before use. This oil is suitable for rubbing into the skin for conditions such as varicose veins and thrombophlebitis.

Storage:
Store in a dry, dark, and child-resistant place at temperatures not exceeding 25°C (77°F). Store prepared infusions and decoctions in a cool place for no more than two days.
