The blades effortlessly punch through 80gsm office paper, creating a precise 6mm diameter hole. They're designed for optimal performance with up to 150 sheets of paper at once. Each disc measures 26.5mm in diameter.
Ensure the paper is firmly pressed against the depth guide. Improper use can damage the blades. These blades are consumable parts; their lifespan depends on usage frequency, intensity, and paper density, ranging from one month to a year.
Over time, paper residue can accumulate within the hollow blades. If this occurs, carefully remove the blades (refer to your hole punch's instruction manual), and gently clean out the debris using a small, sharp tool. Avoid damaging the cutting edge. Replace worn or damaged blades immediately. To replace a blade, loosen the securing screw until the blade falls out. Insert the new blade until it's flush against the top, and tighten the screw.
