With the combined use of tetracycline and Magvit, a 3-hour interval between doses of these drugs should be observed. With frequent use of laxatives, ethanol, high mental and physical stress, the need for magnesium increases and the risk of magnesium deficiency in the body increases. Interaction with other drugs If you are taking any other drugs, be sure to inform your doctor about it, and if you are self-treated, consult your doctor about the possibility of using Magvit. With the simultaneous use of Magvit and preparations containing phosphates and calcium salts, the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract can be significantly reduced. The drug reduces the absorption of iron, the absorption of tetracycline. When combined, magnesium weakens the effect of oral thrombolytic agents. Pyridoxine enhances the action of diuretics; significantly reduces the anti-Parkinsonian effect of levodopa, goes well with cardiac glycosides (helps increase the synthesis of contractile proteins in the myocardium), with glutamic acid and asparkam (increases resistance to hypoxia).
