Ingredients

Lemon balm leaf, thyme herb, raspberry leaf, oregano herb, St. John’s wort herb, wormwood herb, calendula flower, celandine herb, black poplar buds.

Instructions

Before use, grind the contents of one sachet into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle or a coffee grinder. Add 1 tablespoon of the ground mixture to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 1.5 hours, then strain. Consume throughout the day in equal portions, 30 minutes before meals. A two-month course is recommended. For a less bitter taste, add 1 teaspoon of honey. Prepare only the daily required amount. If preparing a larger quantity, store in the refrigerator.
