The Immo 2440 Immobilizer provides superior support and comfort for shoulder, arm, wrist, and hand injuries. This versatile brace immobilizes the forearm, wrist, and hand in a neutral position, keeping the arm close to the body. Its comfortable abdominal belt reduces shoulder strain and prevents neck pressure. Indications include: shoulder and/or elbow injuries, inflammatory conditions, conservative treatment of uncomplicated proximal humerus fractures, shoulder dislocations, uncomplicated clavicle and/or scapula fractures, post-operative immobilization (e.g., rotator cuff surgery or dislocation reduction), prevention of shoulder subluxation or dislocation (joint instability), and support for a paralyzed upper limb. Features include an adjustable abdominal belt, dual forearm straps with Velcro closures, a removable elbow strap, a removable finger strap, and a chest strap for secure shoulder immobilization.
