Reactivation is easy. Simply boil the pack (wrapped in a cloth) for 15-25 minutes until crystals dissolve completely. This process also sterilizes the pack. Allow to cool to room temperature before reuse. The pack can be used as a traditional cold compress while cooling.

Important Considerations:

Protect the pack from punctures and sharp objects. Do not use sharp objects to remove the pack from boiling water. A compromised seal renders the pack unusable. The contents are non-toxic; however, rinse any spills with water. Spontaneous crystallization may occur below -8°C (+18°F). When using as a cold pack, ensure sufficient cooling time to prevent this. Store in its liquid state. The appearance of small snowflake-like crystals doesn’t affect performance.
