Polycon surgical suture is a multi-functional, absorbable polyamide suture with an antibacterial coating. This superior suture material restores the integrity of all tissue types: skin, subcutaneous tissue, aponeuroses, muscles, parenchymal organs, and blood vessels. It’s particularly valuable in creating intestinal anastomoses, providing both physical and biological hermeticity.

Usage Instructions

After opening the sterile package, pull out one end of the suture and cut the required length. Avoid multiple sterilizations as this increases the risk of breakage. Under proper sterilization conditions, strength, elasticity, and antimicrobial qualities are maintained. Do not use if the packaging is damaged.

Composition

100% Polyamide 6, treated with 2-3% potassium salt of 5-nitrooxazole.
