The Orto КПК-100 AirPlus lumbar-sacral support corset provides semi-rigid support and enhanced comfort for the lower back. Its superior breathability is achieved through a combination of features: a highly breathable, elastic fabric base with a unique open weave construction and innovative, discretely designed support elements allowing for increased flexibility in the front. The corset is further reinforced with four flexible, adjustable stays – two centrally positioned along the spine and two diagonally positioned lateral stays – along with crisscross elastic straps.

The anatomically shaped front panel, constructed from two panels of varying widths, features double lateral straps for a secure and snug fit, and incorporates flexible metal plates to prevent twisting. The easy-to-use Velcro closure allows for personalized adjustment.
