Description:
The Krayt B-513 #7 Lumbar-Sacral Orthopedic Corset provides effective support and unloading of the lumbar and sacral spine, particularly beneficial for pathological lordosis. It offers significant support to the lower anterior abdominal wall, preventing sagging and apron-like folds over the inguinal creases. This corset creates optimal conditions for tissue healing and scar formation after surgery, including abdominoplasty and TRAM procedures.
Indications for Use:
- Lumbar pain and pathological increase in lumbar lordosis
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Weakness of the anterior abdominal wall muscles in high degrees of abdominal obesity
- Prevention of stretching in weakened abdominal muscles
- Visceroptosis (prolapse or displacement of internal organs)
- Diastasis recti (separation of rectus abdominis muscles) in obese individuals and reducible anterior abdominal wall hernias
Construction Features:
- 4 flexible metal stays in the back
- 4 flexible metal stays in the front for abdominal support
- Back height: 26 cm; Front height: 22.5 cm

Instructions for Use:
- Put on the corset over underwear while lying on your back.
- Ensure the stays are positioned centrally over the lumbar spine, equidistant from the vertebral column.
- Fasten the corset closure over your abdomen.
- While standing, use the adjustable straps to tighten the lower abdomen. Attach the central part of the strap to the lower front Velcro closure, and fasten the four ends to the side or back panels.
- Daily usage duration should be determined by your physician, but should not exceed 8 hours.
