Needle spacing should be chosen based on individual skin sensitivity. The effect of the IVLAR applicator remains consistently high regardless of needle spacing. General guidelines include:

• Rule 3: Smaller needle spacing is preferable for the feet.

The applicator’s action is based on the “Axon Effect,” stimulating various bodily functions:
