Instructions for Use

1. Sizing: Your pediatrician will determine the correct size based on the distance between the infant’s popliteal creases while the hips are abducted.
2. Application: Place the baby so their perineum is centered on the cast base, with their legs positioned along the sides. Fasten the straps in the front, adjusting for a snug but comfortable fit. Apply over clothing and/or a diaper.
3. Adjustments: The band’s width can be adjusted up to 1-2 cm as needed.
4. Initial Adjustment Period: Infants may exhibit some initial fussiness (1-2 weeks). Soothe your baby with gentle massage, warm compresses, soothing baths, or a pacifier.
5. Duration of Use: The duration and frequency of use will be determined by your child’s physician.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash at 40°C (104°F) separately using a delicate detergent.
• Do not rub, wring, or machine wash.
